The Salem News Mentions Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites for Helping Evacuees

Back in 2018, a tragic incident occurred in Lawrence, MA where around 40 families were left with no home to return to. Being a family-oriented business, we at Salem Waterfront Hotel were prepared to do whatever we could to help these families with a place to stay after losing a place they call home. We were able to give 75-100 individuals a stay in our hotel, as well as vouchers for both breakfast and dinner. Although the hotel was booked up the next evening, we were able to contact the American Red Cross and other hotels in hopes they would as well assist these families, until our rooms were available again.

The Salem News wrote an article detailing the incident as well as mentioning The Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites and our involvement in helping our community.
